ARC Supervision has roots in an Appreciative Leadership & Strengths Based Approach

Utilising Solution Focused & Reflective Practice Models Drawing on Positive Psychology & Mindful Leadership

In recent years the terminology around Clinical Supervision has varied widely. RCSLT guidelines now utilise the term Professional Supervision. In ARC Supervision this has been taken ‘on board’ . However as other AHP Professions & Nursing continue to use Clinical Supervision and also access ARC services this has also been retained.

Individual Supervision

Appreciative, Reflective Conversations

Individual Supervision arranged on a schedule to meet your needs.

This will usually be monthly or 5 to 6 weekly (every half term).

“Strategies” Seminars

CPD in Self-Development/Reflective Practice

This is a new initiative. Seminars are on topics linked to needs of practitioners. Subjects like Time Management, Mindful Thinking, Positive Psychology techniques are included in the Calendar of Events.

Supervisors Directory

Clinical Supervision Community and Directory of Supervisors.

The Community will bring together clinicians with supervision experience, knowledge and training. An annual summer CPD event, which will be free for members, will provide an opportunity for connection, networking and continuing professional development. Non-members will be able to attend but there will be a cost.

    Individual Professional/Clinical Supervision is available. The schedule is flexible but is usually 4 – 6 weekly (for NQP’s it is weekly for the first 3 months before moving to monthly).
